Welcome to SportsUnity. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SportsUnity platform ("Platform"), operated by SportsUnity and accessible at sportsunity.gr. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

SportsUnity is a professional networking platform designed for the football community. The Platform enables athletes, scouts, coaches, clubs, and academies to: - Create professional profiles. - Discover talent through the Scout Navigator. - Connect and communicate with other football professionals. - Share updates, posts, and media. - Participate in events. - Submit and manage ergometric performance data. You agree to use the Platform only for its intended professional purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

To use the Platform, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. - All activity that occurs under your account. - Promptly notifying SportsUnity of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or are used for fraudulent purposes.

Athletes may create profiles showcasing their football background, skills, physical attributes, and experience. By creating a profile, you represent that: - All information provided is accurate and truthful. - You have the right to share any media (photos, videos) uploaded to your profile. - Your profile may be visible to other authenticated users, including scouts, coaches, and club representatives. SportsUnity is not responsible for hiring, transfer, or contractual decisions made based on profile information.

The Platform allows users to submit physical performance data (sprint speed, VO2 max, vertical jump, agility, strength, endurance). This data may be: Self-Reported: Displayed with a note indicating the data has not been independently verified. Platform-Verified: Marked with a verified badge after SportsUnity administrators have reviewed and approved an official supporting document. Users who submit false or misleading ergometric data may face account suspension. SportsUnity does not guarantee the accuracy of self-reported data and is not liable for decisions made based on unverified information.

Coaches may submit coaching certifications for verification, including UEFA diploma levels (UEFA C, B, A, Pro). Upon approval: - A corresponding diploma badge will be displayed on the coach's profile. - Verification status is visible to other users. - SportsUnity verifies submitted documents but does not independently test coaching competency. Falsifying certification documents is grounds for immediate and permanent account ban.

You agree not to: - Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content. - Harass, threaten, or abuse other users. - Impersonate another person or entity. - Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Platform. - Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise platform security. - Use the Platform for commercial spam or unsolicited advertising. - Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

SportsUnity provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law: - SportsUnity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. - We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service. - We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content, including profile information, ergometric data, or certifications. - We are not a party to any agreements, contracts, or transactions between users. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to SportsUnity (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
