Athletic & Ergometric Data: Sprint speed, VO2 max, vertical jump, agility time, bench press, endurance score, and supporting verification documents. Experience & Certifications: Employment history, coaching certifications (e.g., UEFA diploma levels), and uploaded verification documents. Usage Data: Posts, comments, likes, messages, connection requests, event participation, and platform interactions. Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies for session management.

We use your data to: - Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features. - Enable profile creation, networking, and talent discovery. - Facilitate messaging, connections, and event management. - Process verification requests for athletic data and coaching certifications. - Send transactional emails (welcome, verification, password reset, notifications). - Analyze platform usage and generate aggregated analytics. - Enforce our Terms of Service and protect against fraud or abuse. - Comply with legal obligations.

SportsUnity allows athletes to input physical performance metrics ("Ergometric Data"). This data is: - Self-reported unless marked as "Verified" by the Platform. - Verified only after an official supporting document has been reviewed and approved by a SportsUnity administrator. - Displayed on user profiles and may be visible to scouts, coaches, and other platform users. - Used in the Scout Navigator tool to help talent discovery through filtering. We take the accuracy and integrity of athletic data seriously. Falsifying ergometric data may result in account suspension or termination.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: - Other Users: Profile information, posts, and ergometric data are visible to other authenticated platform users as part of the networking experience. - Service Providers: We use Brevo for transactional email delivery.
